GROUP CONTRACT FOR TELUR AYAM

 

Working Environment

            All members of the group must strive to create a working environment that is both pleasant to work in, but more importantly productive. This will be done by following some basic guidelines:

 

  1. Members must be polite and civilized towards all the other members in the group.
  2. All suggestions are to be discussed with the group members, before it can be finalized.
  3. Any problems between group members must be solved by consulting the group leader.
  4. All discussions between group members that do not take place in the group meetings must be relayed to the group leader at the earliest possible time.
  5. All major decisions affecting the group must be decided by vote if no mutual agreement can be reached.
  6. In the case of 3 for and 3 against a decision the group leader will have the final vote.
  7. Any member that wants to undertake consultancy work must discuss this with the group leader prior to undertaking it, to ensure that the group work is not compromised.

 

 

Time Management

  1. All group members must report progress of their assigned individual work at the beginning of each meeting.
  2. Attendance to all group meetings is compulsory, if for any valid reason this is not possible the group leader must be informed prior to the meeting.
  3. Meetings will be held 3 times a week, and also by arrangement.

Deadlines and task completion

  1. All group members must do their best to keep to the deadlines set both within the group and also the school deadlines.
  2. Severe penalties will be applied if important deadlines are missed, without valid reason.
  3. The group expects the group work to be a priority over any consultancy work that any member should decide to undertake.

 

 

Penalties

  1. Penalties will be applied to any member that breaches the group contract.
  2. The penalty will be in the form of a percentage of the marks being deducted from the group member and added to the total of the group.
  3. Such penalties will only be enforced once all members of the group have voted.
  4. Repeated absence in meetings will be punished by a 5% penalty.
  5. Missing deadline set within the group will incur a penalty of 5%.
  6. Missing deadlines set by the school will incur a very strict penalty of 15%.
  7. Importantly these penalties are only for repeated breech of contract.
  8. Smaller penalties will be applied for less significant breaches, but only with the consent of all group members involved.
